How do I request a payout?

When a buyer confirms delivery, the escrow payment for that order becomes available in your seller earnings.

Go to your seller dashboard and open "Earnings". You will see your available balance. Tap "Request Payout" to withdraw to your mobile money account.

Payouts are processed within a few business days. We deduct the ChuoMarket commission (5% of the sale) before payout — listing is always free.

If you have any pending disputes, the funds for those orders stay held until the dispute is resolved.
