How do I validate a delivery coupon?

When your item is delivered via ChuoMarket Cargo, you receive a delivery coupon code. This code confirms that the right item reached the right person.

On delivery, open your order and enter the coupon code shown by the courier, or share your code with the courier to validate. Once validated, the delivery is marked complete.

Validating the coupon is what triggers the release of escrow payment to the seller — so only validate once you actually have your item in hand and are satisfied with it.

Never share your delivery code before you receive the item.
