The Mastercard Foundation is seeking 35 young people from Dar es Salaam and Pwani Region to join the Youth Leadership Programme 2026–2027, part of The Going Beyond Project. Benefits for Selected Youth • Participants will receive training to become programme facilitators. • Selected youth will train their peers in digital skills and entrepreneurship, helping them improve and grow their businesses. • Outstanding participants will gain valuable skills in employment readiness, technology, business, and leadership, increasing their competitiveness in today’s modern job market. ⚠️ Note: Girls and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.
