Universal Career Development Pivot in Partnership with the Schorlemer Stiftung Foundation of Farmers Association in Germany (DBV) invites Tanzanian youth to apply for the Coffee Exchange Program, also known as Coffee Voices, This project aims to connect youth from Tanzania and Germany to the coffee sector, show the reality of coffee production in Tanzania, and present it at educational events in Germany to create stronger awareness of sustainable coffee consumption The program stems from 'Teams up youth! encounter for sustainable development' Program for the German-African youth office (DAJW) funded through Engagement Global with funds from the German Federal Ministry of Economy, Cooperation and Development (BMZ) BENEFITS 16 days encounter trip to Germany and Tanzania Networking and getting exposure in the internal coffee sector REQUIREMENTS Applicant must be between 18 and 30 at the time of application Tanzanian citizen Actively employed or self-Employed in the coffee sector
