Now in its 7th year, the Young and Emerging Leaders Project brings together young leaders across Africa committed to meaningful impact and transformative leadership. The fellowship includes three residential seminars: * Values, Ethics & Leadership Philosophy – grounding leadership in purpose and identity * Political Economy & Development – understanding systems shaping Africa’s future * Media, Art & Technology – exploring modern tools and narratives Who should apply: * Young Africans aged 21–35 * Entrepreneurs, creatives, activists, media practitioners, and innovators * Individuals committed to values-driven leadership and community impact
