Are you part of a Youth-Led CSO, a youth network, or simply someone creating real change where you live? The Call for Applications for the Vijana Leadership Academy 2026 is NOW OPEN! We are bringing together bold young leaders, youth advocates, community changemakers, and innovators from across Tanzania for an exciting leadership and economic transformation journey in Zanzibar. We are looking for young changemakers who are working in different thematic areas including Climate Change, Digital Inclusion, Blue Economy, Natural Resources, Sustainable Cities, and Governance. We welcome youth who are already active in these spaces and are driving ideas, solutions, and impact in their communities. We also strongly encourage applications from young people in these regions: Mwanza, Mtwara, Mbeya, Dodoma, Tanga, Morogoro, Kigoma, and Zanzibar (Unguja & Pemba).
